Education EqTo provides subscription-based services through LLM chat systems, catering to CBSE 12th Science students, NEET aspirants. Services include access to educational content, subject-related queries, preparation materials and should not be construed as professional advice. Plans are purchased based on the total number of questions, not on monthly or annual subscriptions.

We do not guarantee that our services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs or expectations.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Ensure that all registration information is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store sensitive payment information. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method periodically according to the terms of your subscription.

Refunds and Cancellations
Once a plan is purchased, no refunds are provided unless there is a technical issue that prevents access to the service. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details. Duplicate billing may extend the total number of questions available to you.

6. Disclaimer on Use of LLM Model

The Education EqTo platform uses a Large Language Model (LLM) to provide responses to your queries. While we strive to offer accurate and useful information, please be aware that:

  • The LLM model may make mistakes or generate responses that are incomplete, incorrect, or misleading.
  • We strongly advise that you cross-verify all information and responses provided by the platform with trusted textbooks, academic resources, or instructors before making study decisions or applying the information to exams.
  • Education EqTo and EqualsTo Software Systems are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the responses provided by the LLM model or any outcomes that result from relying solely on the information provided.

7. Educational and Academic Disclaimer

a. For NEET and Other Exam Aspirants:
Our services aim to support exam preparation by answering queries and providing study assistance. However, Education EqTo does not guarantee success in any exams, including NEET or CBSE exams, and is not responsible if you fail to achieve a passing score or the desired rank. Success in exams depends on a wide range of factors, including individual study habits, exam conditions, and performance.

8. Non-Commercial Use

The content, resources, and services provided by Education EqTo are intended for personal educational use only. You are not allowed to use our services for any commercial purpose without obtaining prior written permission from EqualsTo Software Systems. This includes:
